Is eating eggs beneficial or harmful to heart health?

About eggs, it is commonly said that they contain high amounts of cholesterol, but if the eggs are eaten in the right balance and moderation, they make our diet healthy.

However, recently there was research showing that elevation of cholesterol can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, while it is also dangerous for diseases like stroke and hypertension.
After this research came up, questions were raised about whether eggs can be dangerous to heart health because they contain high levels of cholesterol.

However, this does not mean that we should start giving eggs the most importance in our diet.
According to doctors, adults should only eat 3 to 4 eggs a week, while babies can eat one egg every day.
People who suffer from heart disease or who have high blood pressure should eat only 3 eggs a week.
Eggs have high cholesterol content, ie 212 mg, but this does not mean that it works to raise the level of 'bad' cholesterol in the body. The body itself also continues the process of making cholesterol, and according to a study, eggs work to improve our cholesterol profile and raise good cholesterol levels.
